Returns & Exchanges Policy
We only offer our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges to our online clients who purchase through our website. We do not offer any Returns, Exchanges or Refunds for clients who purchase from within our studio.
Our policy lasts 7 days at point of sale. Proof of purchase is required to be produced by the client. If 7 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and ensure that the tags are still on the garment.
Quality Check Information:
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges on items if the product is not returned to us in a re-salable condition. When trying on items of clothing or Accessories, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave or deodorant as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn or damaged, or if there is a mark or a strong scent on it. Refunds or Exchanges will not be approved on the following criteria and the item(s) will be sent back to you at our own cost:
Clothing is marked i.e. makeup, debris, dirt marks on the hem & stains on the shirt collar and cuffs and also pet hair.
The item has been worn and resembles an odour of perfume, deodorant or body odour.
Shirts which have been altered as part of our 'service which we offer'.
Bespoke and Stock Special's Shirt are NON - RETURNABLE as they would've been approved by you at point of sample and measurment process.
Tags are not intact – please ensure all tags are kept on the garment while trying on.
The item has been returned to us outside of the 7 working days.
